Session Policy

  • During any ABC FC session, each child must stay within sight of a coach.
  • Ensure noise from spectators is kept at a minimum during the session.
  • A responsible adult MUST tell a coach if you are taking your child and leaving the session before it ends. (This is especially important for fire evacuation reasons.)
  • No food/ snacks should be consumed during a session.
  • Sensible clothing including shoes must be worn during every session (please take into account weather.)
  • All jewellery/ personal items should be safely put away; coaches are not responsible for looking after these during sessions.
  • Ensure your child has plenty of Fluids, prior to the session starting.
  • Respect for all coaches and other participants.

Discipline

  • Absolutely no use of any bad language under any circumstances.
  • Bullying will NOT be tolerated.
  • If a coach deems your child needs to sit out for 2 minutes as a result of disrupting the session, please respect this and support ABC FC.
  • If ABC FC concludes that the behaviour of any child or responsible adult is undesirable in any way, ABC FC holds the right to ban the child and/or responsible adult from the program for as long as ABC FC decides.

Photos

  • If you would like to take photos we can accommodate this before or after a session. You MUST ensure no other child’s face is in your picture.
  • We kindly ask responsible adults to NOT take any photographs during sessions.
  • On occasion we will have a photographer come along to take photos during the session.

Cancelled Class

  • If a class must be cancelled by ABC FC for any reason you will be informed as soon as possible before the session.
  • During all bank holiday’s, classes will be not take place.

Missing a Class

  • If you cannot attend a session for whatever reason, you will lose that session.

Payment

  • All payment must be made in full, before any session.
  • All payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
